He created special light effect
and fireworks, but more importantly he dedicated himself to
horganizing banquets, and for the first time he itroduced a
new kind of sorbet.
Made with milk, honey,eggyolk and a touck of fine wine, creamed
egg and egg-nog had arrived!
So, this man of many talents made icecream history, he
understood that any food could be semi frozen and become
icecream.
Now, thanks to fresh milk and eggs, we have a food, so marvelous and so good to eat that it could only have been
invented in the Florentine “Renaissance”. |
