AMBASSADOR OF THE ITALIAN ICE-CREAM IN THE WORLD

The prize of Ambassador of the Italian ice-cream in the world has been awarded to Palmiro Bruschi by the Italian Academy of Ice-cream making during the Opening party of the first Italian school of ice-cream making.
The ceremony has taken place in Perugia at the University of Taste and for Palmiro Bruschi this is the consecration, the umpteenth award for his brilliant career in the art of homemade ice-cream.
He is 37 years old, one of the youngest master ice-cream makers in Italy, since 2000 he has been promoter and spokesman of the homemade Italian ice-cream all over the world. In Japan during the official promotion of the “Made in Italy” in 2001 he was the master ice-cream chef for the main representatives of both the Italian and Japanese Governments.
