PALMIRO BRUSCHI
was born in Sansepolcro on August 31, 1967 and is fully
qualified in this sector of the catering business, ensuring
that all his ice cream products are made with both skill
and quality. He produces and can provide a wide variety of
items, ranging from ice cream products to pastries and
delicatessen of many kinds.
Since his starting at a very early age, PALMIRO BRUSCHI has
been an assistant to the ice cream Grand Masters in "Arte
Dolce" in Rimini and "C.a.s.t. alimenti" in Brescia
Professional Center, where he obtained his Diploma of Merit
after successfully passing a regular examination. In
February 1994 he achieved the title of No.1 Ice Cream Maker
Italian Champion and in March 1997 became a
Member of the Italian Ice Cream
Academy.
The Italian Ice cream Academy represents top experience in
the specific sector of Italian high quality ice
cream-making. Numerous craftsmen share their knowledge and
expertise in ice cream production. The aims of the Academy
are improving ice cream makers’ skills and promoting
high-quality ice cream – especially insofar as traditional
ice cream is concerned -, improving the quality of the
rough materials used and, as a direct consequence,
carefully selecting the quality of the products used in
one’s labs. To sum up, the Academy works to keep up and
strengthen the reputation of Italian ice cream all over the
world.
Furthermore, Palmiro Bruschi has contributed to the opening
of numerous parlours not only in Italy but also abroad,
and is a qualified teacher and trainer for the production
of handmade ice cream. |

Mattina, Linea Verde, Festa di Classe, Gelato al Limone, La
Vecchia Fattoria, Trenta Ore per la Vita, l’Italia in Diretta,
La prova del Cuoco
and so on.. Articles have been written about him and his
expertise in:

Artigianale”, “Pasticceria Internazionale”,”Madia”,”Gola”,

Herald Tribune”) and so on. With his well-known "CARRETTINO"
he has taken part in a variety of important events, such as
"Giro d’Italia", "Mille Miglia", "Transalpinica", "Salone del
Gusto" in Turin, the "Rally of Bianchine", Eurochocolate in
Perugia, in Rimini, in Switzerland, and in the Opening of the
Gateway of the Republic of San Marino, etc..
He also
worked on "Costa Classica" Cruises. A very important moment for
PALMIRO BRUSCHI was his participation in the Renaissance
Banquet, as a representative of the Art of Italian Ice Cream,
at the Festival “Italy in Japan 2001” held in the Imperial
Hotel in Tokyo, in the presence of members from the Japanese
Imperial family.
Since
then he has assisted in “BELLA ITALIA “ exhibitions in
Melbourne, Nice, Hong Kong and Dubai, Atlanta, Tokyo and San
Paulo do Brazil, held in prestigious hotels, making and handing
out Italian handmade ice cream, thus allowing the numerous
guests to try a high quality product. |
